I’m excited to be part of the upcoming Lunar Eclipse Day Retreat with Haseya Rising—a beautiful day of connection, ceremony, and creativity, held in harmony with the energies of the lunar eclipse. Nestled in the Hertfordshire countryside, this retreat will leave you feeling rested, grounded, and ready to step into autumn with clarity and intention.

The day is open to all, regardless of experience with yoga or art. There will be no judgment or expectation—just a supportive, welcoming space to breathe, move, and create.

As part of the retreat, I’ll be leading a creative workshop exploring intuitive, meditative art-making using natural pigments and gentle mark-making. Together we’ll use creative expression as a ritual for grounding and reflection—working with texture, gesture, and earthy colours to connect with the lunar energies of the day. No artistic experience is needed—just curiosity and openness.
